I have been finding especially today. The properties are under contract faster then the agent can mark them pending.
I have qualified buyers in town and would like to find a home that does NOT have multiple offers!
This is great news! I've been working with several first time buyers that have had to offer on multiple homes because there have been multiple offers out here in the Northwest (Seattle/Tacoma/Puyallup area). The $8000 tax credit is really getting buyers excited - and being able to amend their '08 Tax Return after buying a home in '09 (without having to wait until next Spring) - will bring more money into the economy!
